THE STORY

The LIVE4U Power to the People Pants began as a custom piece created for one of my partners.

He came to LIVE4U looking for something to wear for a video shoot—something personal that represented him. He wanted his favorite melanated leaders incorporated into the piece, so I created a pair centered around the people, ideas, and voices that inspired him.

Like everything I create, every detail was intentional.

What started as a custom piece soon traveled further than we ever planned.

He took the pants on tour, wearing them across the country and even overseas in London. City after city, people stopped him to compliment them and ask the same question:

“Where can I get those pants?”

The answer used to be: you couldn’t.

They were one of one.

But after seeing how many people connected with the piece, I decided to make the concept available through LIVE4U.

Not simply as a pair of pants—but as wearable art built around the people who inspire you.
