Live 4 U Program
This is a community learning program that offers free meditations, learning circles, and classes to all ages and backgrounds. Hosted in New Orleans.
Why?
In order for our community to become self-sustainable and self-reliant, it needs the skills and resources to align with that. However, it also needs the emotional capacity and awareness, which is why we start with a meditation and learning circle. As long as a community depends on another system or group for its necessities, it will always depend on outside sources for survival. This is the foundation of FREEDOM.
How?
We Meditate to ground ourselves in the present, clear our minds, and receive information that we may gain in the learning circle. The Learning Circle is where we connect our minds. We discuss impactful topics and share ideas on how to solve or just become more aware of how different things influence the community. Then, we learn a skill in the form of a Class. This is so that we can take control of out economic freedom. We partner with local entrepreneurs, healers, and teachers that are passionate about uplifting the communities that they serve.

The Vision
We plan to create generations of young leaders equipped with social, emotional, mental, and economic skills to provide and lead their communities and families well. They have the mental capacity to think critically and make great decisions. They have the spiritual and emotional capacity to navigate their life efficiently. They have the skills to provide economic support, survival, and oppurtunities for the community and beyond. In turn, this creates a community that is self-reliant, self-sustainable, and harmonious.
Why This Matters?
This matters because the struggles and burdens that we face as a community now continues to get passed to the next generation,
if we do nothing about it. When we take action and provide necessities for our own communities, we become free physically and spiritually. But, we have to start somewhere....and this is that somewhere. We gain connection with members of our community and we cultivate healthy, intentional practices that will result in freedom for ourselves and ultimately, the generations to come.
