REFUND & RETURNS POLICY

At LIVE4U, we create products and experiences with intention. If something is not right, we will do our best to help.

ELIGIBLE RETURNS

Unworn, unused apparel may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

Items must:

  • Be unworn

  • Be unwashed

  • Include original tags

  • Be in original condition

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following are final sale:

  • Vision-to-Wear Commissions

  • Custom garments

  • Personalized items

  • Gift cards

  • Event tickets

  • Workshop registrations

  • Digital products

ALTERATIONS

Completed alteration services are non-refundable.

If there is an issue with workmanship, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your garment and we will review the situation.

SEWING CLASSES & EVENTS

Cancellations made at least 72 hours before an event or class may be eligible for store credit or transfer to a future session.

No-shows and late cancellations may not be eligible for refunds.

DAMAGED ITEMS

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and order details.

REFUNDS

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error made by LIVE4U.
